CHAPTER: 001: The Stapp Family

The Stapp family came from Germany. Alexander S. Stapp came from
Atlanta, Georgia. He was a small man who dipped snuff. His first two
sons were large men. His third son by his second wife was a small man.
William Thomas Stapp was chief of police in Burkburnett, Texas
from 1935 to 1940.
There is a Stapp Cemetery in Rutledge, Morgan Co, Georgia.
